Tuscany Garden Tour

In Tuscany, gardens are as much a part of daily life as art and food. Villa terraces overflow with citrus trees and bronze sculptures, while market stalls and vegetable plots show the same care and design sense as any museum. The group explored Florence’s historic landscapes, walked through estates shaped by generations of artists and architects, and learned how deeply beauty is tied to practicality here. As the escort for Pacific Horticulture’s trip, I loved seeing how this region’s sense of balance connects everything, from the geometry and scale of Il Duomo to the rhythm of a well-tended garden, even down to the folding of handmade ravioli. Tuscany will always remind me that good design moves beyond perfection and brings harmony between people and place.

If you’re interested in joining one of our upcoming trips, please reach out to Pacific Horticulture and tell them I sent you!
