Portugal Garden Tour

As the escort for Pacific Horticulture’s journey through Portugal, I was inspired by how beauty and storytelling intertwine in every garden we visited. From leafy picnics to breathtaking hilltop vistas, each stop revealed a different layer of the country’s creative spirit. Street art in unexpected places met formal design, and the history behind each landscape came alive through the voices of passionate gardeners and storytellers. It was a reminder that gardens are living narratives, shaped as much by culture, determination and imagination as by soil and stone.
